2. Service Description

Will & Wasiat is a document drafting platform that helps users prepare structured will documents through a guided interview process. We provide tools and templates to assist in will creation.

3. Important Disclaimer

Will & Wasiat is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. The documents generated through our platform are drafts intended to assist you in the will preparation process. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional to review and finalize your will document.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your will complies with applicable Malaysian laws (Wills Act 1959).
• You acknowledge that proper will execution requires witnesses as prescribed by law.

5. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 draft will. Documents are marked as "Draft Version".
• Professional Plan (RM99): 365 Days Access. Unlimited wills. Official PDF generation. No auto-renewal.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Malaysian consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the intellectual property of Will & Wasiat. You retain ownership of the information you provide and the will documents generated from your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Will & Wasiat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal disputes regarding will validity, asset distribution, or estate matters.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
