• Will Data: Personal details, family information, asset details, beneficiary information, and other data you provide during the will creation process.
• Payment Information: Transaction details for Professional plan subscriptions (processed securely through third-party payment providers).
• Usage Data: Browser type, device information, and interaction data to improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide will drafting and document generation services.
• To facilitate admin review of submitted will drafts.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate service updates and important notices.
• To improve our platform and user experience.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase cloud infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access your personal will data. All PDF documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with:

• Our admin team for will draft review purposes.
• Payment processors for transaction processing.
• Law enforcement if required by Malaysian law.

6. Your Rights

Under PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us.
• Correct any inaccurate personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, your personal data and will documents will be permanently removed within 30 days.
